OTEC Eco Mini Dry Polishing Machine Polishing Machine

The OTEC dry polishing machine is used to polish up shop window displays and worn customer jewelery. Sensational shine - as if polished by hand.

In contrast to drum machines and vibrators, instead of steel balls, a polishing paste-containing walnut granulate is used.
By using different grain sizes, the processing result can be optimized. Pre-polish with a coarser grain size to remove quirks and scratches and then achieve brilliant high gloss with fine granules.

Functionality

Impregnated walnut granulate is used for dry polishing. H 1/100 for pre-polishing, H 1/500 for fine polishing, a high gloss comparable to manual polishing is achieved here. Processing time approx. 2 hours in the disc finishing process. Maximum weight of the jewelry: approx. 7 - 8 g. The use of ring holders (or DF series drag finishing machines) prevents the rings from being knocked or scratched during polishing. The OTEC Eco mini dry removes material similar to hand polishing (about 0.1% by weight in 3 hours -> less than with hand polishing). For gold recovery, the granules in be brought to a cutting house. The machine can not overheat! If the machine gets too hot, it switches off automatically. The noise level of the Eco-mini dry is much lower than z. B. in the drum polishing machine. The machine works quietly and dust-free. The timer can be set individually.

Notes on the granules

The coarse walnut shell granulate HN1 / 100 should be replaced after approx. 100 operating hours. The fine walnut shell granules HN 1/500 already after 50 operating hours.
