Digital melting furnace for 2 kg of gold with automatic temperature control.

The electrical system and the various control and measuring instruments are located in the lower part of the housing. The melting furnace can reach a maximum temperature of 1,100°C. The melting temperature is regulated using a digital pyrometer. The melting furnace is equipped with a fireproof chamber. This chamber consists of insulating and insulated ceramic in a metallic structure.

The graphite crucible can be used for approx. 15 melting processes. Of course, it always depends on how much material and what material you are melting.

The heating time is approx. 45-60 minutes, the material and quantity of the material is also crucial here.
