Ultrasonic jewelery cleaning concentrate, cleaning bath for gold, silver and costume jewelery in connection with ultrasound.

• Effect -> Elma Super Clean cleans gold, silver and platinum jewelry. Applicable to all hard gemstones.

Application Dilutable with water at a ratio of 1: 20. Also usable as immersion bath, then 10 - 20% dosage. After application, rinse jewelry thoroughly with water. Cleaning time in the ultrasonic bath approx. 3-5 minutes, as immersion bath longer.
Active ingredient base -> Surfactants, ammoniacal, pH 10 as supplied

Elma Super Clean is an aqueous ammoniacal cleaning concentrate for jewelery cleaning. As ultrasonic cleaner universal for gold, silver and jewelry with gemstones. Applicable to all hard gemstones.
Bumps on gold, silver or their alloys are lightened, the jewelery is degreased, emulsions, dust and welding residues removed.
Soft stones such as e.g. Turquoise, lapis lazuli, amber etc. must be tested for applicability of Elma Super Clean beforehand. Do not clean soft stones in ultrasound of frequency <= 50 kHz! Not suitable for corals!
Application and dosage
Dosage in the ultrasonic bath: 3 - 10%; in the dipping bath: 10 - 20%. in water
Cleaning time: 3 - 5 minutes at room temperature, without ultrasound longer.
After cleaning, rinse the jewelry thoroughly in water and dab or dry without staining.
Hazard statements and safety advice Elma Super Clean is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [GHS]. Please observe the instructions in the safety data sheet, and
handle the product carefully.

Physical-chemical characterization
Density: 990 - 1000 g / l, pH (concentrate): approx. 10.5 in delivery condition.
Ingredients according to Annex VII, A, EC-Detergents Regulation 648/2004: <5% anionic surfactants, <5% non-ionic surfactants, fragrances. Contains no phosphates and silicates.

Disposal of the cleaning bath
The surfactants contained are biodegradable according to Annex III of the EU Detergents Regulation VO (EC) No. 648/2004.
After cleaning, the cleaning bath can be discharged into the waste water according to the local pH limits, provided that the pollution introduced allows this (observe local regulations).
Neutralization recommendation: In an ultrasonic bath, neutralize with citric or acetic acid, but not with hydrochloric or sulfuric acid.
Waste code: 20 01 30, "Detergent other than those mentioned in 20 01 29".
Only empty packaging into the return system for light packaging.
