To be used with 10,000 - 15,000 rpm (e.g. micromotor).
We also recommend clamping at least 10 brushes onto the disc holder (Manderell) to achieve optimal results.

The sharp, clean and specially treated ceramic abrasive grain embedded in these polishers allows them to work faster and longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs and traditional abrasives.
SUNBURST radial discs generate minimal dust and heat and eliminate the need for polishing paste. The recommended operating speed for most applications is 3,000-18,000 rpm (5,000 rpm for woodworking). Lower speeds allow for a softer touch, greater flexibility and more subtle results. Higher speeds ensure more aggressive material removal. Using the bristle tips with light pressure maximizes the life of the disc.
