Assembly

1. Place the cast base on a flat and stable surface and attach the machine head part using the included Allen key.
2. Screw the lowering lever into the thread provided on the side of the machine head section.
3. The height of the machine head section is adjusted using the quick-clamping device

Change of speed

1. Switch off the device and wait until it stops. Then open the housing cover.
2. Change the position of the V-belt to set the desired speed.
   I 0 – 3,500 rpm
   II 0 – 5,500 rpm
   III 0 – 7,000 rpm
3. Within the individual speed levels, the speed can also be individually varied using the speed controller (red knurled screw on the right of the machine head part).
4. The drill chuck key can be used to open and close the drill chuck to clamp the tool.

Before carrying out maintenance work, always switch off the machines and disconnect them from the power supply!
